The challenge

Ever since its foundation, we have been supporting all the PR work of tesa scribos® – a full subsidiary of tesa SE and Beiersdorf AG. The Heidelberg-based company started up with a focus on forgery protection with unique marking technologies. Later, the company expanded its portfolio, and today it is the leading provider of solutions for digital transformation at product level. We were tasked with making this extensive brand transformation visible externally for potential new customers and internally for employees throughout the company.

The solution

Reaching the goal hand in hand: In joint workshops, we worked with the customer to hammer out in detail the requirements of the new brand and its customers. Starting from the basis of the insights gained, we developed a strategy which produced a new brand identity: LET YOUR PRODUCTS TALK.

The next step was visualising the new brand identity for all the relevant channels: the website, advertising materials, internal presentation and training documents and an extensive marking tool which transports the idea of LET YOUR PRODUCTS TALK in an instantly understandable way.

The result

The new brand identity has produced positive effects both internally and externally. The website addresses potential customers' needs much faster and more directly, and opens up a dialogue more quickly. That's a great advantage for the sales team, which can use the optimised sales material and the marketing tool to present tailor-made purchasing arguments. Internally, the website and brand identity created so much enthusiasm that it was proposed as best practice for the other business units of tesa SE.
