Almost 25% of all purchases of power tool accessories are bad buys. When kwb Germany asked us for a new POS guidance system, it was clear to us that we wanted to do better than the competition. It was nothing less than a complete overhaul of 15 meters of shelving with over 3000 items.

Ahead of our collaboration, the brand was repositioned with the aim of providing users with the best possible orientation. We also pursued this goal with the new guidance system.

Just because you may have the best packaging and customer guidance system in the industry doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get listed by the major hardware store chains. For the pitch to several large chains, we supported kwb Germany with attractive secondary placement displays and a compelling sales presentation – with success, as the first listing, spanning up to 16 meters of shelf space, quickly followed.
